What We Need From You

  • Contact us with a copy of the executed contract between you and the seller on record.
  • Let us know how to access the property, including any lockbox codes.
  • We need a dropbox or google drive link with all the photos of the property, and the photos have to be very thorough. See our photo checklist for our team here to provide great photos. 
  • In order to find a buyer for the property, we will need at least 15 days. This includes the time to market, find the right buyer, and close on the property.
