We own properties that are both vacant and occupied.

Occupied Properties – Due to the difficult nature of an occupied property, we can not tell you the risk associated with viewings or visits. If the parties in possession of the occupied property are in the process of being forcibly removed from the premises under state law, their state of mind at the time of occupation might be unknown. We do not endorse buyers trying to view an occupied property. Please be cautious when dealing with this sort of property and view at your own risk!

For Vacant Properties – We would much prefer you wait to view the property until said property is vacant to lessen any risk to you and others. Your safety is important to us! With that being said, some properties may be in disrepair and you should be cautious when viewing. In these cases, you will be viewing the property at your own risk.
