Q:  Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?

A: You’ll find investment properties on this site are discounted 20 to 50% because of our proprietary marketing systems. We are able to connect with homeowners who need to sell their properties but may not be able to wait for a traditional home sale. Often times they may be in foreclosure and our company can help them out by buying their house quickly and for cash, creating a win-win for both parties. Because we find so many fantastic deals this way, we are able to pass the discount along to other investors just like you.

Q:  How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?

A: Most properties you’ll find on our website are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. We work directly with the homeowners to help them solve their problems faster and cheaper than listing a real estate agent can with a traditional sale.

Q:  Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?

A: In general, we work with people who are paying cash and who can close quickly on an investment property they want to add to their portfolio. However, if you are pre-approved with a bank and can close quickly, we’ll consider all offers! We love to see homeowners find a deeply discounted house that they can turn into their dream home.

Our offers are first come, first serve… and the telephone tends to be the quickest. Once you connect with us about the purchase of a property, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer. Before that though, we would be happy to answer any of your questions so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in the process!

Q:  How often do you add new investment properties in Portland to the site and VIP Buyers List?

Q:  Do you charge any fees to buy or sell a home?

A: We don’t charge homeowners any fees to help them find a solution to that problem property that’s been stressing them out. We purchase properties for cash at what we hope is a win-win price for both parties. The price depends on the condition of the house and any other situation that might affect the purchase. Afterwards, we add on our property acquisition fee which is our profit for finding and negotiating the deal, while still allowing you to still pay a deeply discounted price for your new investment property.
